Overview: The Heart Center at Nationwide Children's Hospital is seeking an RN to join the core Pediatric & Adult Advanced Cardiac Therapies (PAACT) medical team, helping to take care of patients throughout the spectrum of disease, from prior to heart failure (Cardiomyopathy, Muscular Dystrophy, Cardio-Oncology Clinics), with heart failure (primary PAACT clinic, Ventricular Assist Device patients), as well as to and through the process of Heart Transplant. A successful team-oriented candidate will work with a multi-disciplinary team to see patients throughout these clinics as well as rotating inpatient service. There will be some call involved, related to Transplant, which is able to be managed from home. Cardiology experience, although not necessarily in heart failure, is preferred.
