What you will do You will represent one of the top tier brands in the Fire Detection distribution channel for JCI in Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico. You will also be part of a highly motivated team fostering an inclusive and positive environment. You will develop partnerships with existing Autocall certified partners to increase sales while recruiting new partners into the Autocall family to increase market share. You will ensure the Partners are provided with the vital tools, equipment, and training to successfully estimate, install, program, and commission their projects as well as positive YOY growth within territory. Salary Range: HIRING SALARY RANGE: $88,000- 117,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience,knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.) Thisrole also offers a competitive Sales Incentive Plan that will take into account project, quarterly, and annualmargin. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
