You'll also mentor team members and drive the development of analytics, data models, and machine learning algorithms.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in data science, proficiency in SQL, R or Python, and experience with both structured and unstructured data. Excellent communication, collaboration, business acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to work independently are essential. If you're passionate about data and eager to make an impact, we encourage you to apply.

  • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
  • Work-life balance with vacation, personal time and paid holidays. See our benefits and perks page for details.
  • Applicants for this position must not now, nor at any point in the future, require sponsorship for employment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Translate business needs into actionable analytics, including advanced data extraction, manipulation, and predictive modeling such as segmentation, risk, and behavioral analysis.
  • Develop and deliver trusted, actionable outcomes using appropriate analytical techniques, and support the deployment and maintenance of analytic models, providing solution direction and leadership throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Communicate outcomes clearly at varying levels of detail to business partners, helping them to apply insights, draw conclusions, perform what-if analysis, and assess impact.
  • Mentor and train team members, identifying obstacles and opportunities to improve data science capabilities and resources within the organization.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Graduate degree with three years' experience in analytically driven fields such as mathematics, statistics, physics, engineering, economics, data science, computer science, operations research, or actuarial science, or equivalent job experience.
  • Proficient in SQL for data gathering, aggregation, and filtering, and in at least one programming language, such as R or Python.
  • Strong background in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization, with expertise in both structured and unstructured data platforms.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and forge strong partnerships with business stakeholders, especially in remote work environments. Passionate about leveraging data to drive impactful business outcomes and expert at crafting compelling data-driven narratives and storytelling.
  • Experience with Marketing Analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Contentsquare, Optimizely, Tealium) and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Proven ability to build rapport and forge strong partnerships with business stakeholders, especially in remote work environments. Passionate about leveraging data to drive impactful business outcomes and expert at crafting compelling data-driven narratives and storytelling.
  • Adept at uncovering business opportunities and needs. Skilled at finding and extracting information from various sources, rather than waiting for it to be provided. Able to navigate ambiguity and adapt to change by assessing challenges from all angles to transform uncertainty into effective solutions.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:
