Job Summary As aRestaurant Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day restaurant service within a high-volume, fine dining environment. You'll lead with old-school hospitality, anticipating guest needs, elevating service standards, and ensuring every detail is executed with precision. This role demands a strong operator with the ability to manage a fast-paced dining room while encouraging a culture of excellence, respect, and genuine care for guests and staff alike. Key Responsibilities: Drive day-to-day restaurant operations in line with budget while delivering unmatched guest experiences. Ensure every plate, pour, and interaction reflects the highest level of quality and attention to detail. Build and maintain strong client, guest, and employee relationships rooted in trust and hospitality. Lead, train, and encourage staff to uphold fine dining service standards in a high-volume setting. Partner with culinary and beverage teams to deliver flawless, memorable dining experiences. Preferred Qualifications: Associate's Degree or higher preferred. 2-4 years offine dining restaurant management experiencein a high-volume environment is required. Strong food and wine knowledge, with a keen eye for pairings and presentation. Proven background in operations management, purchasing, and cost controls.
