Job Responsibilities * Answer and return phone calls, including voicemails from patients and referrals * Verify patient demographics and insurance eligibility * Ensure accurate documentation for billing, including prescriptions and supporting chart notes * Follow up with physicians to obtain missing documentation * Enter patient demographics and sales orders into the system * Schedule equipment deliveries (e.g., wheelchairs, hospital beds) or coordinate retail pickups (e.g., walkers, bath safety items) * Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication with clients and referrals Schedule: Full-Time \| Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM \| 1-hour lunch On-Call Rotation Required After Training Top Skills Required * Minimum 2 years in an office setting * Minimum 2 years of customer service experience On-Call Details * Rotation: ~3-4 days/month, including holidays * Hours: * Weekdays: 5 PM - 8 PM * Saturdays: 8 AM - 8 PM * Sundays: 8 AM - 5 PM * Compensation: * Weekday stipend: $30 * Saturday stipend: $100 * Sunday stipend: $75 * Additional pay for actual time worked * Schedule released quarterly; employees may trade shifts if needed Why Join Us?
