*Overview:*
This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service for one of the organization's key product lines. The representative will handle incoming calls from members, applicants, providers, and agents, working to understand and resolve their concerns efficiently. This is a learning-focused position with ongoing training and coaching to build customer service skills. More complex issues are escalated to senior team members. *Key Responsibilities:* * Respond to questions about benefits, coverage, premiums, and claims in a timely and accurate manner. * Help coordinate care for members who need services outside the standard service area. * Handle test calls to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. * Assist members with updating financial and subsidy information to meet federal requirements. * Document all customer interactions in the system for future reference. * Use internal systems to verify wellness benefits and ensure proper reimbursements. * Troubleshoot issues with online portals and secure messaging tools. * Guide members through the complaint or grievance process using established procedures. * Participate in coaching sessions to meet performance and accuracy goals. * Maintain regular attendance to support team operations. * Stay current with required competencies to perform role-specific tasks effectively. *Skills & Qualifications:* * Strong customer service skills, especially in a healthcare or insurance setting. * Preferred: Associate or Bachelor's degree in business administration. * Preferred: Experience in a health insurance call center. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
