Location: Marshfield, WI Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM About the Role We are hiring a class of 10 Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to support our Medicare Advantage and Commercial/Marketplace members. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. You'll interact with members, providers, and agents primarily via phone, resolving inquiries related to benefits, claims, coverage, and more. This is a great opportunity to grow within the healthcare industry while receiving ongoing training and coaching. Key Responsibilities * Respond to member inquiries regarding benefits, premiums, claims, and coverage. * Coordinate referrals for out-of-area or non-affiliated providers. * Assist members with CMS compliance and ACA-related updates. * Troubleshoot issues with online portals and secure email access. * Document all member interactions accurately in electronic systems. * Support members in filing complaints or grievances. * Participate in coaching and training to meet performance metrics. * May assist with Medicare Advantage plan changes using CMS-approved scripts. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
