Description The Employee Services Generalist provides day-to-day support across a broad range of HR functions, including employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, policy interpretation, and HR operations. This role partners with managers and employees to ensure fair, consistent, and compliant HR practices while promoting a positive workplace culture. The Generalist also supports recruitment and onboarding activities as needed, assists with investigations, and contributes to HR initiatives and process improvement projects that strengthen employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. Provide backup support during onboarding to ensure seamless new hire integration. HR Projects & Strategic Initiatives Contribute to employee engagement and HR initiatives, managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration. At the senior level: lead or co-lead HR projects, including planning, execution, and evaluation; coordinate stakeholders; mentor junior staff; collaborate with leadership on workforce strategies Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/yr. This position requires that the Employee abide by the Company's Compliance Plan (including its Standards of Conduct) and all Compliance Policies and Procedures (as listed on the Company's Intranets or Internet pages under Compliance). This position further requires the Employee to act with the highest standards of integrity and professional ethics. This would include but is not limited to the expectation and requirement that the Employee immediately report any potential Compliance, Security or Privacy, or potential Fraud-Waste-Abuse violations or issues to the Company's Compliance Officer, Compliance Hotline, and/or to any Officer of the Company Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Northridge,CA 91324.
