- Currently enrolled in a degree program relevant to business operations, with a collaborative mindset and a drive to grow in a professional setting.
- Eager to learn about Workplace Solutions and build a foundational understanding of business processes through training, mentorship, and hands-on experience.
- Strong communicator with the ability to engage respectfully and professionally with team members, internal partners, and customers.
- Detail-oriented and dependable, able to manage time effectively and complete tasks with accuracy and accountability.
- Team-focused and curious, ready to participate in meetings, culture-building activities, and contribute ideas to improve how work gets done.
- You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
