About the Role: As an electronic health record (EHR) implementation specialist in the Modernization and Data Solutions practice area, you will collaborate with team members to support large-scale health information technology (IT) modernization efforts. NYSTEC is considered a trusted advisor, providing subject matter expertise and connecting the dots for our clients. NYSTEC has consulted on some of the largest Medicaid initiatives and has served in various roles across a multitude of New York State healthcare technology systems. Serving as an EHR implementation specialist, your day-to-day role as a per diem NYSTEC consultant will include working across clinical, technical, and operational teams to guide organizations through the complexities of EHR implementation, from readiness planning to go-live and optimization. You should have direct, hands-on experience with EHR implementations in complex healthcare environments, particularly those involving multiple facilities, stakeholders, and governance structures. This position requires a balance of technical expertise, clinical workflow knowledge, and change management skills to ensure seamless adoption and operational success. As a per diem consultant, you will work on an as-needed basis, based on business needs, not to exceed 30 hours per week. Key Responsibilities

The target rate of pay for this position is $52.00 - $70.00 per hour.
