Closing Date: September 8th, 2025, or upon receipt of 50 applicant submissions Adult Protective Services (APS) Supervisor Department of Health and Human Services Salary Range: $74,235.20 - $88,400 Job Summary: Under direction of the APS Director, the APS Supervisor is responsible of supervising a team of Human Service Workers responding to calls of risk, safety, and well-being. This position assigns cases, directs workflow, provides guidance, coordination with Corp counsel, completes performance evaluations, monitors purchases, and attend meetings. The APS Supervisor also reviews completed work for soundness of judgement, conclusion, adequacy, and conformity to WI Adm Code Chapter 55. Job Duties:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Skills needed for success in this role include customer focus, excellent verbal communication skills, patience, ability to write succinctly, professionalism, critical thinking, strong organizational skills, and time management skills. The ability to work collaboratively with other units and organizations within and throughout the county.
