Description

The expected salary range for this position is based on several factors including market, funding, candidates experience level, skills, schedule, training, and related knowledge. Our ranges are developed and published as good faith estimates for the position.

Salary Range: $50,600 - $65,637 | Office benefit package (Parking/Remote Expenses): $180/Month subject to change

RADIAS Health is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Specialist! This position plays a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent to join RADIAS Health. This role will partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source candidates, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle with a focus on candidate experience and equity.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the full recruitment cycle for assigned programs operated by the company. Effectively and efficiently fill positions. Responsible for posting job ads, reviewing resumes, complete phone screens, interview candidates, administer pre-employment tests, extend offers to candidates, and conduct necessary background studies.
  • Use traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, social media, sourcing platforms, etc.
  • Facilitate the recruitment process through process documents, Applicant Tracking System management, pre-employment process management, data reporting, external vendor management and ongoing trainings.
  • Identify and attend community Career Fairs and recruiting events, as needed.
  • Participate in community engagement activities, including developing partnerships with local colleges and schools.
  • Provide day-to-day consultation to management on the full recruitment cycle and selection process.
  • Work closely with management and employees to foster positive working relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Partner with hiring managers to maintain compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations including Affirmative Action Plan compliance.
  • Provide guidance and input on program restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Consults with legal team as needed/required.
  • Act as backup to conducting new employee orientation; complete I-9s and necessary new hire paperwork on rotation schedule.
  • Attend regular meetings with assigned programs as necessary.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the HR department to develop policies, programs and solutions.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Prepare and present hiring and statistics (turnover, length positions open, etc.)
  • Maintain HR record maintenance according to record retention requirements for all employee personnel and medical files.
  • Create and update company job descriptions in partnership with Human Resources and manager as needed.
  • Process employment changes (new hires, transfers, terminations) within for all program and communicate that information to the HR and Operations teams.
  • Serve as back-up to other Human Resources team members.
  • Complete Workforce Analysis report for Affirmative Action Report in partnership with Talent Acquisition Manager and other HR team members.
  • Maintain awareness of culture, plans, financial position, and competition of the business.
  • Coordinate, plan and attend hiring events.
  • Participate in company-wide Committee events; sponsored activities and informational meetings.
  • Attend and participate in all scheduled team meetings.
  • Maintain an open door policy for all employees and positions.
  • Create and maintain professional working relationships with advertisement and social media vendors. Build networks to find qualified passive candidates. Network through industry contacts, association membership, trade groups and employees.
  • Actively participate in Onboarding and other Committees
  • Maintain a pattern of regular work hours.
  • Complete all paperwork, reports, and charting contemporaneously and in an organized manner.
  • Participate actively in on-going professional growth and development; maintain appropriate professional behavior and participate in appropriate supervision.
  • Serve as lead for Temp coordination.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree related to the field
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources preferred.
  • Working knowledge of MS 365.
  • Experience in healthcare, human services, or nonprofit environment, preferred.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
