You will report to the Sr. Director of HR in Student Experience. You will partner with senior leaders as a trusted advisor-strengthening leadership effectiveness, shaping approaches to talent development, and supporting an engaged, empowered workforce positioned for success. You'll also balance strategy with care-using data and insight to inform decisions, while always recognizing and valuing the people who make the work possible. You will be curious, and-experienced at navigating complexity with a results and people-first mindset. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $91,794.00 - $124,192.00.Exceptional benefits (because you're exceptional) You're the whole package.
