The FP&A - Senior Financial Analyst will support the financial planning and analysis for the commercial outlook at Mirion Medical, reporting to the FP&A Director at Mirion Medical. This role will partner closely with the Commercial and ComOps team to provide insights to topline growth, including orders, sales, backlog and product line profitability. The role will be responsible for financial analysis of current performance as well as long term planning, annual budgeting and quarterly forecasts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities



  • Financial partner to Sales and Commercial Operations organizations at Mirion Medical.
  • Provide financial analysis for performance of orders, sales and backlog.
  • Track financial performance of product line profitability and NPI initiatives.
  • Develop financial framework to track top line drivers including volume and price by Division / business line.
  • Support monthly reporting and ad hoc analysis.
  • Develop and manage the sales organization's annual budget and long-term financial plans


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities



  • 2-5 years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A or other relevant fields
  • Experience working with corporate financial statements to analyze, extract and guide strategic objectives.
  • Requires strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with teams across organization
  • Background in hardware manufacturing, SaaS experience a plus
  • Knowledge of ERP and CPM systems (Visual ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and OneStream a plus)
  • Ability to problem solve autonomously
