Professional Services Group is now hiring for the position of Supervisor to lead the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) Services team!

The DVR Services program offers employment readiness, including job shadows, internship placements, task analysis and systemic instruction, job preparation, and job development services to disabled individuals referred by the Wisconsin Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. As the Supervisor of DVR Services, you will be responsible for the supervision of DVR Services staff and programming.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SUPERVISOR:




  • * Responsible for the hiring, training, supervising, evaluating and disciplining of program staff.

    * Assist in the monitoring of the program budgets and staff request for funds.

    * Attend agency supervisor meetings.

    * Attend meetings and trainings for DVR staff as dictated by program requirements.

    * Perform all the "Essential Functions" of the DVR Job Developer position.

    * Advise Director of concerns or complaints from consumers.

    * Monitor files, documentation deadlines, staff and program productivity, and other program data as needed.

    * Assist with processing incoming referrals and ensure that they are assigned to the appropriate program staff.

    * Ensure quality assurance through file reviews and quarterly reports.

    * Maintain DVR contract requirements annually and update DVR Service Agreement as necessary.

    * Ability to operate a motor vehicle safely and obey all traffic laws. Must have reliable transportation on a daily basis, a valid driver's license and automobile insurance.

    * Other duties as assigned.




LOCATION: Kenosha, WI. Flexibility for hybrid/remote scheduling.

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, with occasional evening appointments upon consumer need

SALARY: $58,000-60,000

REQUIREMENTS:



  • Must possess a valid Driver's License, personal automobile insurance, and reliable transportation on a daily basis.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Services is preferred.
  • Work experience in job development or job center services is preferred.
  • Experience working with people with disabilities and communicating with diverse populations is preferred.
