Description

The Director of Operations Excellence provides elevated support to field based operational leadership in the areas of Branch Operations, Recruiting and Order Fulfillment, and Team Development. This position should act as an influencer to help create discipline and provide insight to regional leaders into the operations of the business. In addition, Director of Operations Excellence works collaboratively with other Operations colleagues to ensure effective and efficient operations processes exist in support of EB's key strategic initiative implementation including standards in customer service, order fulfillment, recruiting, and sales.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

* Act as an Operations Business Partner for leadership to provide input and direction on key strategic
decisions.
* Directs the review and analysis of operational performance understanding all contributing factors and
identifies areas of growth vs. opportunities for improvement.
* Collaborates with leadership to establish short term and long-range goals, strategies, plans, and
policies to ensure success.
* Partners with leadership to accelerate progress on operational and commercial initiatives.
* Support tool/program roll outs and implementations; manages resolution of potential resource
obstacles.
* Evaluates strategic opportunities for a) process optimization, b) centralization, c) scalable solutions to
help support accelerated growth.
* Field lifeline to Central Operations.
* Develops relationships with field colleagues to remove any roadblocks for regional team to drive sales
and operations forward.
* Lead the strategy and execution of training and capability-building initiatives for Recruiters, Client
Onsite teams, and Operations colleagues.

Preferred Education & Experience:

* Bachelor's degree or 5 or more years related experience
* 7+ years managing in an influential role and implementing businesses strategies in a customer serviceoriented organization
* Proven ability to establish strategic alliances with Executive decision makers, combined with the ability
to model and instruct direct reports to do the same.

* Demonstrated record of achieving performance objectives and overcoming operations challenges in a
competitive and customer-centric work environment.
* Excellent interpersonal and demonstrated communication skills including writing proficiency and
listening.
* Demonstrated leadership experience and skills, able to integrate diverse cross stream and cross
functional requirements.
* Proven ability to establish strategic alliances with key decision makers, combined with the ability to
model and instruct direct reports to do the same.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities and demanding
deadlines.
* Must be detailed-oriented and able to effectively prioritize and organize workload, with efficient time
management.
* Must be customer focused and quality driven.
* Ability to define problems, manipulate and interpret data, and draw valid conclusions and present
appropriate solutions.
* Experience using various technology platforms to drive effective decisions.

Your Work Environment (Physical Demands):

Remote/Hybrid: Typically work is performed either in an office environment or a suitable workspace to
conduct business free of distractions and background noise. This position requires compliance for all
occupational safety and health standards, rules, and regulations. Below are a few standards specific for this
position:
* Sit or stand for long periods of time and walk short distances
* Regularly required to talk, hear, and communicate in writing
* Adjust to vision for both close and distance views

Travel Requirements:

* Minimal to no travel time expected for the position

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $107,000 to $ 120,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
