Job DescriptionMaster the craft - Achieve and maintain Operator Authorization(s) and be recognized as a go-to CNC expert. Program with precision - Develop, edit, and fine-tune CNC programs while setting up complex fixturing for CNC and manual machines. Set the foundation - Establish machine origins/zeros with accuracy to kick off flawless production runs. Bring blueprints to life - Translate engineering drawings, specs, and method sheets into high-quality parts. Shape perfection - Machine components to extremely close tolerances, achieving exact squareness, concentricity, parallelism, and finish. Equip for success - Select, set, and load tools; perform first-piece runoffs and validate setups. Guard quality at every step - Measure and inspect in-process and finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision instruments. Keep machines running strong - Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot CNC issues to minimize downtime. Innovate with Engineering - Partner on custom jobs and process improvements that push manufacturing forward. Qualifications
