*Position Summary:*
The IT Support Technician provides technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and network systems across multiple platforms. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and a positive, customer-focused attitude. The ideal candidate will have experience with Apple and Google ecosystems, networking equipment, and audio/stereo systems. Key Responsibilities: * Provide technical support for macOS, Windows, and iOS devices, including iPads. * Configure and maintain Google Workspace applications and Google Drive for end users. * Install, configure, and troubleshoot network devices, including firewalls and switches (Cisco Meraki experience preferred). * Assist with stereo and audio system setup and troubleshooting for office or event environments. * Perform hardware installations, upgrades, and repairs for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. * Support and maintain Apple devices and related services. * Run and organize network cabling as needed (experience is a plus). * Document all work in the ticketing system and follow IT best practices. * Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude and strong communication skills. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Apple Certified Support Professional) preferred. * 1+ year of IT support experience, including macOS and iOS troubleshooting. * Familiarity with Google Workspace, Google Drive, and Apple ecosystem. * Experience with networking concepts, firewalls, and switches (Cisco Meraki preferred). * Knowledge of audio/stereo systems setup and maintenance. * Ability to run and manage network cabling. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
