JOB SUMMARY:
The Wealth Client Service Associate is responsible for supporting the Seacoast Investment Services (LPL Financial) team with the servicing of clients, calendar management, CRM tracking, reporting, client and prospect meeting preparation, and general administration. The Wealth Client Service Associate consistently gains the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Work closely with designated Advisors in the opening and closing of brokerage accounts, placing of securities transactions (if properly licensed and registered) and processing account transaction documents.
  • Responsible for performing general maintenance and follow-up on pending issues.
  • Communicate with clients via telephone and written correspondence, using the highest level of service and compliance standards.
  • Provide marketing support in the form of prospecting, seminars, and other sales efforts as required by Advisors.
  • Assist with CRM reporting, scheduling client and prospect meetings, and maintaining strong relationships with internal Bank partners.
  • Maintain continuing education requirements and stay current with industry and regulatory trends as, well as vendor products and procedures.
  • Lead other tasks and projects as needed for Seacoast Wealth Management.
  • Adheres to Seacoast Bank's code of conduct.


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:



  • 2+ years of experience in the securities related industry and the FINRA Series 7 license (can be attained while in this position).
  • Preferred licenses for this position include the FINRA Series 66 and the Florida Life, Health and Variable Annuity license.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Possess strong PC skills; Word, Excel and Access, or equivalent. Ability to transfer skills to other software programs.
  • Broad technical skills in retirement products, general investment matters and applicable tax and estate planning issues. Includes knowledge of competitors' products, services and strategies.
