Salary Range: $50,000-$55,000

Position Summary
The Assistant Director of the Executive MBA (EMBA) program supports the day-to-day operations and student services throughout the EMBA student lifecycle. This role ensures the effective execution of academic and co-curricular activities for working professionals enrolled in the EMBA program. Working under the guidance of the Senior Director of International and Executive Programs, the Assistant Director collaborates with faculty, students, alumni, and administrative offices to deliver a high-quality program experience.

The Assistant Director provides frontline support to students, assists with event logistics, facilitates communication between departments, and helps implement program initiatives.

This role also supports program operations such as class weekend coordination, materials preparation, and student communications.

This position supports the EMBA program's global immersions and global partnership initiatives. As such, occasional international travel is required.

Required Education and Experience
* Bachelor's degree
* At least three (3) years of experience in higher education administration, specifically dealing with graduate programs, event management, program management, student advising, professional development coaching, counseling and/or student services
* An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Preferred Education and Experience
* Master's degree in Business or Education

Required Skills and Abilities
* Demonstrated ability to work as a team player as well as to proactively interact across multiple levels, units and divisions
* Demonstrated ability in events and program management
* Demonstrated ability to multi-task and solve problems both independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills
* Demonstrated customer service skills and the ability to interact with a diverse group of students, faculty, and staff
* Ability to work nights and weekends, as required
* Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including word processing, database, presentation and spreadsheet applications and ability to use web-based computer software such as Zoom, Banner, Salesforce, Canvas, etc.
* Ability to travel to Temple University Main Campus, Temple's Center City Campus, as well as off-campus sites that may not be accessible via public transportation
* Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid US passport
* Ability to travel internationally as required

This position is assigned a hybrid work arrangement (on-campus and remote). The duration of this hybrid work arrangement is at the discretion of Temple University and the Department.
