Position: Admin Coordinator Location: Hartsville, SC Compensation Range: $50k - $60k annually, based on experience and qualifications Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This full-time, in-office role will report directly to Plant-Paper Operations and provide essential support across several key areas, including financial accounting, purchasing, timekeeping, and general administrative functions. Position will manage various functions to support paper mill operations and accounting. Functions will include payroll entry and reconciliation, purchasing chemicals and supplies, reconciling inventory and purchases, tracking capital spend and various other reporting and support activities.
