Ericsson is hiring a Senior People Business Partner, to join the Americas Networks organization supporting employees across the US and Canada. As a Senior People (HR) Business Partner, you will collaborate with leaders and employees to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, enhance employee engagement, and foster a positive organizational culture.

What you will do:
- Collaborate with leadership and employees to develop and implement People strategies that align with our business objectives, enhance our performance, and foster a positive organizational culture.
- Be part of our collaborative People Business Partner model, partnering and providing support to our People Leadership Team, as well as our SME teams (Total Rewards, People Planning, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Learning and Development) to deploy solutions directly to the business.
- Build a partnership with our leaders by providing consultation, guidance, metrics, support, and development to increase the effectiveness of their organization.
- Actively participate in a variety of HR activities in a face-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Participate in and lead special projects and best in class initiatives.
- Guide leaders in adhering to the company's values, purpose, and philosophies for a positive employee experience by supporting managers in employee life cycle solutions (HR processes, terminations, relocations, etc)
- Work directly with our leaders on a variety of tasks ranging from employee relations, performance management and development, compliance with directives/local law, and driving the people strategy.
- Encourage growth and career advancement among our Talents, in line with business direction. Track and support local talent growth and career aspirations.
- Influence diversity best practices & inclusion programs and provide advocacy in unconscious bias.
- Use your Project Management skills to lead projects and influence/obtain buy-in and drive execution and achievement of the desired results.
- Influence business direction through People analytics, strategic planning, and advice by monitor market/ industry trends.
The skills you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline. Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years' experience in HR (people) or related field
- Three years in professional services, preferably as an HR Business Partner in a hi-tech company is preferable.
- A track record of results, problem-solving and accountability in a highly matrixed and global organization
- A track record of driving and supporting diversity, motivation, and culture change.
- Proven both deep and broad knowledge of HR practices, principles, and procedures based on liaising with colleagues
- across the HR function and internal partners (SME/COEs, Finance, etc.)
- Advanced interpersonal, listening, and communication skills, including presentation and facilitation skills.

Your Pay
The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.
Your Health
Ericsson offers excellent health benefits including the choice of three medical plan options and a dental plan option that allow an employee to select the level of coverage that suits their needs. Employees will receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost that Ericsson pays toward the cost of their medical and dental premiums for themselves and eligible covered dependents.
Your Financial Security
We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. The Ericsson US 401(k) Plan offers an automatic 3% company contribution and Ericsson matches $1 for every $1 you put into the 401(k) Plan on the first 3% of your eligible pay, plus 50 cents on every $1 on the next 2% of eligible pay. When you contribute at least 5% of eligible pay, you are receiving Ericsson's full matching contributions. Matching and company automatic contributions stop when your total eligible pay for the year reaches the IRS limits. Employees will also receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost of basic life insurance and basic accidental death and dismemberment coverage, as well as short-term and long-term disability coverage. Employees also have the option to participate in Ericsson's Stock Purchase Plan.
Your Time
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
