Production Operator/Medical Device Assembler - Medical Device Packaging Onsite in Placentia, CA $21-$25/hr DOE \| Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Operator to join our clients team in Placentia, CA. This is a temp-to-hire position with excellent growth potential. The Production Operator will be responsible for manufacturing, packaging, and order fulfillment in a clean room/controlled environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring that high-quality medical devices reach patients and customers on time. Responsibilities Perform packaging of medical devices according to BOMs, travelers, routers, and SOPs in a controlled environment. Ensure packaged products meet internal and external customer requirements, with the patient as the ultimate priority. Accurately complete and maintain required documentation, including line clearance, product counts, and label verification. Conduct final packaging quality inspections for labeling, packaging, and configuration accuracy. Follow ISO clean room procedures and maintain compliance standards. Process customer orders, including inserts, labeling, bagging, and boxing. Operate heat sealers, shrink wrappers, and label printers to complete packaging processes. Keep production areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Support additional departmental functions as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to read, write, and speak English. Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation skills. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Previous clean room packaging/manufacturing or medical device experience preferred. Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat) a plus.
