Compensation Analyst

Our client is looking for a Compensation Analyst to join their HR team! This is a full-time assignment at 40 hours/week for 1 year.

This position is remote with an option to go on-site in Los Angeles or Los Gatos.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Provide compensation consulting and guidance to business leaders, Talent Acquisition, and HR partners across various functions (creative development, production, marketing, publicity, consumer products, etc.)

- Conduct market benchmarking, job analysis, and competing offer reviews to help inform and maintain top-of-market pay decisions

- Analyze internal and external compensation data to identify trends, gaps, and market movement; translate findings into recommendations for hiring teams at all levels

- Build and maintain compensation tools, dashboards, and systems in collaboration with internal HRIS/analytics teams (e.g., Workday)

- Support development and global rollout of compensation programs such as annual reviews, pay equity, job architecture, and compensation education

- Participate in compensation surveys to ensure competitive positioning and robust market intelligence

- Must have strong analytical skills and the ability to tell compelling, actionable stories using large datasets in Google Sheets/Excel

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $90-100/hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
