Growth Program Manager - Infusion Services
What you will be doing: We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Program Growth Manager to support our Innovatix Infusion Business in accelerating growth within the rapidly expanding healthcare infusion market. This role combines strategic analytics, relationship management, and hands-on execution to drive business development initiatives and support field operations across assigned territories. Key Responsibilities Analytics & Performance Management
Customer & Member Relationship Management
- Generate and deliver compelling customer business reviews that demonstrate value and identify expansion opportunities
- Manage relationships with smaller members in assigned territories, serving as primary point of contact
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with members to ensure satisfaction and identify growth potential
- Collaborate with Business Development Directors to develop customized solutions for member needs
Field Support & Operations
- Provide direct support to Infusion Business Development Directors in executing territory growth strategies
- Assist in member onboarding, training, and ongoing support initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to address member needs and business development opportunities
- Participate in field visits, member meetings, and industry events as needed
Business Development & Growth Initiatives
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within assigned territories
- Support proposal development and presentation processes for prospective members
- Collaborate on pricing strategies and contract negotiations for smaller accounts
- Drive implementation of growth initiatives and pilot programs
Required Qualifications Work Experience: Years of Applicable Experience - 5 or more years
Education: High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Preferred Qualifications Skills:
- Analytical Excellence: Strong proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and business intelligence platforms
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to various stakeholder levels
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills, CRM experience (Salesforce preferred), and comfort with various analytics platforms
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare business development, account management, or related field
- Experience with infusion services, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare delivery preferred
- Proven track record of supporting business development teams and managing client relationships
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare consulting, payer relations, or provider network management
- Knowledge of infusion therapy protocols, reimbursement models, and regulatory requirements
- Previous experience supporting field sales or business development teams
- Familiarity with healthcare data analytics and population health management

Working Conditions: Remote
Travel Requirements: Travel 1-20% within the US

Premier's compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier's internal salary range for this role is $90,000 - $150,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
