Job Description: As a Business Process, Risk and Controls professional in Crowe's Consulting Practice, you will play a critical role in helping clients manage risk, strengthen compliance, and enhance the efficiency of their operations. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and risk landscape, assess and test internal controls, and evaluate compliance with regulatory and accounting requirements. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing business processes, control frameworks, and technology solutions that support risk mitigation, operational effectiveness, and regulatory readiness. Whether performing operational audits, supporting Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance for IPO readiness, or advising on process optimization opportunities, you will contribute to transforming clients' internal audit and compliance programs. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
