S+N seeks a Sr. Manager, US Revision Hip Marketing in the US Hip Solutions team to join the US Commercialization team.

The Sr. Manager, US Revision Hip Marketing is responsible for advising efforts on leading, planning, and executing downstream marketing strategies and tactics required to drive sustained revenue growth in the highly competitive Hip Reconstructive market segment. This individual will work closely with the commercial teams (sales leaders, ASC sales, sales training, and medical education), global marketing, inventory and supply chain personnel, and US leadership members to build and execute effective marketing strategies and drive commercial excellence for the primary hip business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, shown leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the Orthopedics industry.

This position is highly visible internally and externally.

This position will be based in Memphis, TN or Pittsburgh, PA, but open to remote for the right candidate.

What will you be doing?

  • Develop and complete hip marketing strategies to align with S+N business and growth objectives, particularly recent REDAPT and OR3O
  • Responsible for developing, guiding, and driving GtM (go-to market) plans for assigned product lines including promotions, medical education, digital marketing, channel readiness, and inventory management and allocation
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Develop a deep understanding of the hip reconstruction market landscape (ie. market trends, customer priorities, and competitive landscape)
  • Build and supervise key performance indicators (KPIs) for our primary hip portfolio in the US
  • Support annual business planning processes
  • Partner with sales team to define and implement effective targeting, develop physician champions, and gather input to drive marketing decisions
  • Partner with pricing team to develop and complete sound and effective pricing strategies
  • Develop and maintain product forecasts in collaboration with demand, supply, and operations teams
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Supervise the creation of marketing materials, campaigns, and content that effectively communicate our value proposition
  • Support the commercial team with technical product support both in the field and in corporate offices to ensure customer conversion and happiness
  • Supports industry educational meetings and events, on-site customer meetings and labs, national sales meeting and other strategic meetings.

What will you need to be successful?

  • BS degree, preferably in Marketing or Business; will consider technical fields if also have demonstrated business and marketing competency
  • Experienced leading mature products within portfolio and experience with launching products
  • Strong marketing skills with a consistent track record of developing and driving successful marketing campaigns and value propositions
  • Excellent leadership and people management abilities, with experience in guiding and developing a team
  • In-depth knowledge of the orthopaedics industry, including market trends and key players.
  • Analytical skills to interpret market data, assess campaign performance, pricing strategy, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various partners.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities to navigate complex marketing challenges.
  • Strategic thinker able to anticipate and identify business needs that can drive value
  • Highly collaborative with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to influence and align cross-functional colleagues to a common goal without authority over them
  • Excellent, confident communication skills with the ability to connect with and present to audiences at every level
  • Shown ability to optimally lead multiple projects in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness to "roll up sleeves" to perform at all levels and assist in areas outside of core responsibilities
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
