JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS Professors Stephen Benkovic and Vivek Kapur seek applicants for a part-time Research Associate for an innovative collaborative research program between the Benkovic Lab and the Kapur Lab. The position offers a unique opportunity to engage in cutting-edge drug discovery research while maintaining work-life flexibility through a 20-hour per week schedule. Our interdisciplinary team is developing novel boron-containing small molecule compounds targeting various neurological, respiratory and gastrointestinal disorders as well as infectious diseases. The position offers access to state-of-the-art facilities, opportunities for scientific publications and conference presentations and the opportunity to contribute to high-impact research while maintaining professional engagement in an academic setting. Compensation: The starting rate for this job is $23.00 per hour.
