Job Purpose

The IT Executive Services Manager ensures high-touch technology support for the CEO, executive leadership team, and their assistants. This role manages the setup, configuration, and maintenance of executive devices while ensuring minimal disruption to their work and maintaining the highest standards of service and discretion. It requires exceptional technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate with confidence in high-pressure, high-visibility situations. The role also supports the seamless technical delivery of major corporate events, including live streams, town halls, and other executive broadcasts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide concierge level support for C-Suite Management and their Executive assistants - These positions include the company CEO and his first line of direct reports
  • Provide dedicated assistance for live streaming, town halls, and other executive events handling all technical aspects of production to ensure a smooth experience with minimal disruptions.
  • Manage executive IT service delivery in partnership with the service provider, bypassing standard help desk workflows to deliver rapid, tailored solutions.
  • Set up and configure smartphone device, laptop, tablet, iPad, local printer and associated peripherals for Executives with minimal downtime.
  • Manage IT End User Services at a CNH site(s) in the North American region. This role involves managing the local delivery and support of all IT products and services to users and executives at CNH sites who use CNH systems and application and services.
  • Work in a cross functional role collaborating with IT Infrastructure, Security teams and other functional IT areas in order to absorb functional business demands, translate to the technical team and deliver in a transparent way.
  • Manage processes for the IT team to ensure that all IT products and services meet or exceed committed service level agreements and customer expectations.
  • Must be able to reasonably provide service after standard business hours on an adhoc basis. May be required to travel to customer's premise.- Reasonable expectations for work life balance.

Experience Required

  • College Degree: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 5 or more years of IT experience in a variety of IT Customer Service and Technology Management areas.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with senior and executive levels of management as well as manufacturing staff.
  • Strive to Exceed Expectations - Often provide solutions that exceed customer expectations looking beyond the initial request and upfront mitigating other potential concerns that may follow. Must have proactive approach thinking beyond the initial request to ensure other concerns do not come to light as a result. Naturally finds that they have a tendency to be very aware of what expected success may look like and constantly strives to deliver a service and experience that would exceed one's expectations.
  • Collaboration & Conference Room systems
  • Appearance - Able to adjust appearance, attire and level of professionalism to align to the requirements of the situation.
  • Must be able to travel regularly, sometimes on short notice

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is $105,750 - $141,000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
