What You'll Do:

Strategy & Tactics

  • Establish segment-specific strategic marketing plans aligned to corporate and region-level growth goals, translating customer insights into segment-level value propositions and actionable tactics.
  • Conduct market and customer analysis using syndicated research tools (e.g., Innova, Mintel, Euromonitor) to identify whitespace opportunities and shape offerings around unmet needs.
  • Build regionalized sales enablement tools, internal briefs, presentations, and customer materials that communicate Roquette's differentiated value in specific applications and channels.

Communication & Campaign Development

  • With a digital-first mindset, lead campaign ideation, development, and execution across key channels (social, email, events, trade publications, CRM), in partnership with Business Communications.
  • Develop compelling messaging and assets - including value propositions, visual/verbal content, advertisements, sales collateral, and multi-channel sales tools - optimized for both B2B and B2C touchpoints.
  • Align all communication to Roquette's brand standards and strategic narrative, driving consistency across the region and with global colleagues.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, R&D, Sales, and Technical Development to co-create customer programs, innovation sessions, and high-touch engagement opportunities.
  • Participate in customer meetings, innovation days, and industry events to gather real-time market intelligence and influence go-to-market tactics.
  • Communicate and coordinate activities and initiatives with global Roquette marketing personnel at our headquarters in France or other regional offices.

What You'll Need:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a technical field; Master's degree preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the Food Ingredients industry with both B2B and B2C exposure.
  • A passion for food innovation and evolving nutrition trends with proven success building and executing customer engagement strategies and integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
  • Ability to extract insights from research platforms (e.g., Mintel, Innova, Euromonitor) and translate them into strategic recommendations.
  • Strong command of CRM tools (Salesforce/Pardot preferred) to drive campaign performance tracking and lead nurturing.
  • Skilled in agency management, campaign brief development, and creation of impactful presentations (PowerPoint or similar).
  • Global experience in a matrixed organization is highly preferred.

  • Ethnographic mindset and customer journey mapping experience/expertise.
  • Exposure to social media strategy, paid digital media, and emerging channels.
  • Track record of building sales enablement tools that improve conversion and ROI.
  • Experience representing a company at key industry events, innovation sessions, and customer-facing meetings.
  • Bilingual (Spanish preferred).
