POSITION SUMMARY: The Director, Pharmacy Finance is responsible for leading the pharmacy finance functions within a dynamic, multi-site specialty pharmacy organization. This role oversees all core pharmacy finance activities, including financial modeling for internal and external clients, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. In addition, the position plays a key role in strategic planning, investment evaluation, and overall performance optimization. This leadership role operates at the intersection of finance, operations, and clinical functions, requiring deep healthcare finance expertise-preferably in pharmacy finance- and the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
