As Sr. Solutions Architect III, you'll offer technical architecture, technical expertise, and innovative problem-solving skills on this project. The Sr. Solutions Architect will regularly interface with government and program leadership and also convey technical direction to team members. This person will also hand hands-on technical skills.

What you'll do:



  • The Sr. Solutions Architect is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and refine the portfolio capabilities to align with business and mission objectives, development goals, and security requirements. This role will also regularly interface with senior government leaders and offer technical architecture recommendations and options for consideration.


What you'll need to succeed:



  • 12+ years of technical/system/data architecture and technology leadership expertise.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management or Engineering, or other comparable degree or equivalent experience.
  • Active TS/SCI with CI Poly.
  • You have repeat and recent (within the last 5 years) experience providing technical direction, guidance, and hands-on solutioning and development for complex, IL6+, cloud-based custom software development initiatives involving multiple development teams and at least two of the following components - UI, APIs, large-scale data, data integration, and AI/ML - and involving multiple stakeholders and integrations.
  • You have experience architecting and providing technical leadership for data integration initiatives within the DoD or Intelligence Community involving concepts such as object-based exchange, metadata, tagging, etc. aligned with IC standards.
  • Expert proficiency in AWS with a deep understanding of cloud services at IL6+.
  • Strong experience with integrating with enterprise ICAM solutions for authentication and authorization.
  • Expert level hands-on experience with one or more of the following languages: Go, Python, Java, JavaScript.
  • Proficiency with integrating and building consensus on architecture and design across multiple development teams and with customer technical representatives and stakeholders through technical exchange meetings and design reviews (preliminary, critical).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.


SALARY RANGE: $184,000 - $334,000

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:



  • The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
  • The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
  • Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
  • This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:


    • Performance-based bonuses
    • Company-paid training and/or certifications
    • Referral bonuses
