Role Summary:We are looking for a skilled and experienced IT Administrator to join our team. In this role, the candidate will provide general IT support in a global environment with a focus on supporting SharePoint and Azure environments. The IT Administrator will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining systems, as well as troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.

Responsibilities:

SharePoint and Azure Support:

  • Manage and maintain SharePoint/Azure sites and environments.
  • Configure and customize SharePoint solutions to meet business needs.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint/Azure related issues.
  • Implement and manage SharePoint/Azure security protocols and permissions.
  • Implement and manage Azure security protocols and compliance requirements including cost -efficiency

End User Support for Lenovo Laptops:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Lenovo laptops.
  • Set up and configure Lenovo laptops for new hires, transfers, and replacements.
  • Install and update software applications and drivers on Lenovo laptops.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues specific to Lenovo laptops.
  • Ensure Lenovo laptops are secure and compliant with company policies.
  • Install and update software applications and drivers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Implement security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
  • Document processes and maintain inventory of IT assets.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to users.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint and Azure environments.
  • Experience with installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of security protocols and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as Office 365, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Familiarity with scripting and automation tools.
  • Experience with network and server management.
