Job Summary: The Total Rewards Analyst supports the administration and delivery of benefits and well-being programs that promote the health and financial security of employees and their families. This role plays a key part in executing the organization's total rewards strategy by addressing employee inquiries, analyzing data, supporting benefits operations, and contributing to the continuous improvement of benefit offerings. The Total Rewards Analyst will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure effective administration of health, wellbeing, and retirement plans, while also helping to evaluate program performance and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily administration of health, wellbeing, and retirement benefit programs, including day-to-day operations, data management, and issue resolution.
- Serve as back-up to Retirement Benefits Manager and support retirement plan operations including compliance monitoring and audits, vendor coordination, and responding to employee inquiries.
- Monitor and respond to employee inquiries on service center platform.
- Present total rewards sections in New Association Orientation (NAO).
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely delivery of benefits and services.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate program performance and insights to HR leadership.
- Participate in the development and delivery of virtual and on-site employee-facing communications, tabling and fairs, workshops, and educational sessions.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Assist with the analysis of benefits utilization, cost trends, and employee feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and inform decision-making.
- Proactive approach to learn, understand, and address industry trends and regulatory changes to support competitive and compliant total rewards offerings.
- Provide support during annual enrollment, audits, and other cyclical benefit activities.
- Respond to all inquiries with a high level of customer service and confidentiality.
- Supports other work and projects for the overall team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required.
- 1-2 years of experience in human resources.
- Experience and knowledge of benefits and retirement plan administration (e.g., 401(k), 403(b), pension plans) preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to prepare reports and presentations for leadership.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across internal teams and with external vendors.
- Knowledge of benefits regulations (e.g., ERISA, HIPAA, ACA) is a plus.
- Professional certification (e.g., CEBS, SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus or willingness to pursue.
