Compensation:

This position is hourly, and the starting pay rate is $27/hour

Rewards and Benefits:

  • Access to up to 50% of your paycheck based on hours worked before payday.

JOB SUMMARY

The Customer Strategy & Marketing Internship Program provides hands-on experience in data analysis, customer feedback review, and cross-functional collaboration to improve customer experience and support strategic initiatives. This role involves working with managers and stakeholders to drive improvements and deliver impactful insights across the organization.

JOB FUNCTIONS

Key Responsibilities

Provide support to Managers within the internship with activities such as data analysis and report building

Review internal & external customer feedback and implement changes for improving customer experience

*

Communicate internally & externally status of work or projects to partners and stakeholders are varying levels of the organization

Work with peers and various business partners supporting overall team initiatives

*

Participate in improvement opportunities and provide constructive feedback
