The Client Engagement Department engages internally with our business stakeholders and externally with our brokers, policyholders and TPA clients. We work to drive strategic partnerships, enhance client relationships, and optimize account management strategies. This group is instrumental in expanding our market presence, strengthening client retention, and fostering long-term business relationships that contribute to revenue growth and operational excellence focused on the voice of the customer. Role Description: As a Client Engagement Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in creating a seamless experience for our clients by driving initiatives such as onboarding, renewals, and new business coordination. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, organize and track meeting outcomes, monitor inboxes, and manage internal systems such as Salesforce. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure smooth communication and timely follow-through across departments. In our vision to be First with Co-Workers, compensation is only one piece of the comprehensive total rewards package we offer. The target base salary range for this position is $44,000 to $58,500.
