Job Summary Join Our Team and Shape the Employee Experience at SMCC South Mountain Community College (SMCC) is seeking a collaborative, dynamic Human Resources Supervisor to lead employee relations, engagement, compliance, and training efforts while supporting recruitment operations. This position plays a key role in cultivating a positive, inclusive workplace culture and enhancing the employee experience across campus. As a strategic partner to the HR Director, you'll provide supervision to HR staff, lead complex employee relations cases, develop engagement programs, and ensure HR practices align with institutional goals. If you have a passion for fostering workplace belonging, guiding managers through complex situations, and using data to inform decisions, this role offers an opportunity to make a lasting impact on our campus community. Essential Functions Supervision and Team Leadership (25%)
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Sociology, or directly related field from a regionally accredited institution, and four (4) years of professional-level HR experience, including two (2) years in a senior or lead role OR Associate's degree from a regionally accredited institution and six (6) years of professional-level HR experience, including two (2) years in a senior or lead role. OR High School Diploma/GED from a regionally accredited institution and eight (8) years of professional-level HR experience, including two (2) years in a senior or lead role. Desired Qualifications
