As a full-cycle recruiter, you'll partner with hiring managers to shape hiring strategies, leverage AI-powered tools to streamline sourcing, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from first contact to onboarding. In this role you will:

    partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and team dynamics;
  1. develop recruitment strategies that reflect role needs and firm culture;
  2. manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, reference checks, and offer coordination;
  3. leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, resume screening software, chatbots, and analytics platforms) to streamline sourcing and identify qualified talent efficiently;
  4. use AI insights to optimize job postings, reduce bias in screening, and improve the candidate experience;
  5. source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and creative sourcing techniques;
  6. review, update, and post requisitions; develop and revise job description language to attract a high quality, diverse pool of candidates and to accurately describe the duties, skills, and requirements of the position; provide job board recommendations; ensure the requisition language is compliant with guidelines, University policies, and government legislation;
  7. partner with hiring managers to develop an effective interview and assessment timeline; draft interview questions based on desired candidate qualifications; build candidate scorecards;
  8. identify opportunities to improve workflow effectiveness; contribute to process documentation, projects, and improvement initiatives;
  9. maintain a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates;
  10. track and report key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate sources, and pipeline status;
  11. partner with HR and hiring teams to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance through onboarding;
  12. represent the firm at industry and campus events to build awareness and talent pipelines; and
  13. maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) accuracy and documentation compliance.


You will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
  • 2-5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a professional services, creative, or design-driven firm
  • Proficient in applicant tracking software platforms (e.g., iCIMS (preferred), Greenhouse, JazzHR, Lever) and Microsoft Office/Google Suite
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social platforms
  • Exposure to employer branding initiatives
  • Experience supporting internship or early-career programs a plus
  • Experience using AI-driven recruiting tools and techniques, including resume parsing, automated sourcing, and candidate engagement technologies


Salary Information:

The pay range listed aligns to the geography of the office for which this position is posted. Actual compensation will be based upon work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Individuals in this role working more than 24 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in HGA's robust benefit programs which include an annual bonus and success sharing bonus program, 401(k) guaranteed contribution, paid parental leave, medical, dental and life insurance plans as well as PTO and short- and long-term disability programs. Pay Range: $77,100 - $89,500 (Washington, DC) or $65,700 - $76,300 (Minneapolis, MN)
