Position Title: Shipping and Receiving Wage: $23.15/Hour Shift: 1st Shift Hours: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Monday - Thursday) & 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM ( Friday) QPS is seeking experienced Shipping & Receiving Associate working for a reputable, employee-owned HVAC filter manufacturer located in Juneau, WI. The ideal candidate will have prior shipping experience and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Enjoy working in a newly renovated facility featuring updated break rooms and a climate-controlled environment. Shipping and Receiving Responsibilities: - Ship and receive furnace filters, raw materials, and finished goods - Load and unload trucks using a hand cart - Put away raw materials and finished goods using a forklift (training and certification provided) - Perform general cleanup as needed - Conduct inventories and cycle counts as required - Deliver raw materials to departments as needed (may require forklift use) - Count products for incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy Requirements For Shipping and Receiving: - High School Diploma or equivalent preferred - 1+ year of factory or warehouse experience preferred - Forklift experience a plus (will train and certify) - Ability to work independently and follow directions - Must be able to work overtime as needed QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
