Bilingual Recruitment Program Specialist (Travel Required)

The VIP Project Success Bilingual Recruitment Program Specialist supports the launch of workforce solutions at VIP+ client sites during the program implementation phase. Based in Indianapolis, this role focuses on grassroots recruiting, building candidate pipelines, and filling high-volume roles in manufacturing and distribution. You'll help ramp up staffing efforts, maintain hiring momentum, and support recruiting operations until a permanent site recruiter is in place. This position includes regular travel to support candidate processing and community outreach, and requires strong communication, flexibility, and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish. What You'll Do * Travel to support recruiting efforts and candidate processing across multiple regions * Build grassroots recruiting programs for gig and warehouse roles * Engage with community centers, colleges, and local job aides to build strong talent pipelines * Support candidate processing and recruitment efforts in our Indianapolis branch * Collaborate with market leaders to forecast staffing needs and drive fulfillment * Reimagine job ads, run text campaigns, and activate local marketing (yard signs, career fairs, etc.) * Contribute to SOP updates and recruitment strategy during off-peak seasons Key Responsibilities * Develop creative sourcing strategies using community engagement, social media, and traditional networking * Build and maintain active pipelines of qualified candidates for high-volume roles * Screen, interview, and guide candidates through the hiring process * Partner with client site leadership to craft compelling job postings * Use labor market data (skills gaps, headcount needs, unemployment rates) to inform hiring plans * Conduct drug screens, I-9 verifications, and background checks * Ensure candidates are informed and supported throughout each stage of the recruitment cycle What You Bring * Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required) * Strong multitasking and tech skills (Microsoft Office, multi-screen workflows) * A creative, strategic, and solution-driven mindset * Ability to pivot quickly and thrive in a flexible, ever-changing environment * A passion for people, community, and building something meaningful Preferred Education & Experience * High school diploma or 3+ years of progressive experience in in-house recruiting or staffing, preferably in manufacturing or supply chain * Experience with CRM systems and applicant tracking systems * Skilled in conducting various types of interviews and managing high-volume requisitions * Prior experience as an on-site recruiter for a staffing company (preferred) * Background in community outreach or volunteer work * Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills * Knowledge of employment law and compliance Travel Requirements * Approximately 20-30% travel required * Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a safe driving record acceptable to the company * Must possess a Real ID, U.S. passport, DHS Trusted Traveler card, permanent resident card, or other government-issued ID suitable for domestic travel Why You'll Love It * No two days are the same * You'll help build recruiting programs from the ground up * You'll be part of a team that values innovation, autonomy, and community impact EmployBridge offers a competitive base salary plus monthly bonus potential!
