City/State Harrisonburg, VA Work Shift First (Days) Overview: Overview The Vice President, Operations is responsible for the direction/coordination of the business and operational activities of departments assigned. As a member of the executive team, this position is responsible for the direction and oversight of implementing the following items. Implementation of the program development goals as outlined in the strategic plan for the facility. Identification of necessary physician recruitment needs to support plan. Direct oversight for specific departments as outlined in the organizational chart. This position is located in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Harrisonburg is in the beautiful central Shenandoah Valley region of Virginia; about two hours from both Washington D.C. and Richmond, Virginia. Education Master's Level Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or related Experience Five or more years healthcare leadership experience required Inpatient setting Acute care setting Progressive leadership healthcare experience in inpatient, acute care .
