Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven, technically skilled, and people-centered Senior Manager of Cloud Operations to lead our Infrastructure Team during a critical period of modernization and transformation. This role requires deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, strong operational leadership, and a hands-on approach to managing hybrid infrastructure that includes both legacy enterprise systems and modern cloud-native services.
As a key leader, you will shape the future of our infrastructure services by guiding the transformation of both cloud and legacy platforms. This includes full ownership of compute, storage, networking, and platform operations, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and innovation. You will maintain the integrity of our cloud environment while supporting enterprise services and leading the team through change. By modeling accountability, fostering collaboration, and driving operational excellence, you will ensure clarity, performance, and long-term sustainability across a dynamic hybrid ecosystem.
Position requires a hybrid work model with three days in-office per week. Salary range is $100,000-$125,000 plus 18% annual discretionary bonus.
