This role works closely with cross-functional teams-including internal departments, external vendors, and stakeholders-to ensure the successful delivery of installations on time, within scope, and on budget. The IT Project Manager plays a key role in aligning efforts with business priorities, managing risk, fostering team collaboration, and ensuring clear communication across departments. Responsibilities Coordinate and lead planning and execution of POS system implementations and upgrades across multiple locations, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope. Serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders, communicating project status, aligning expectations, and addressing any concerns. Track project progress, manage changes in scope or schedule, and mitigate risks as they arise. Effectively communicate project status, risks, issues, and key decisions to stakeholders and project leadership. Escalate medium to high risks, issues, and required decisions to leadership promptly. Education & Certification Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field. PMP, CSM, or similar project management certification is preferred. Experience 3-5 years of experience managing technology or infrastructure-related projects. Experience with POS systems and related technologies (Olo, Crunchtime, Toast, or similar) is required. Strong background in vendor management and coordination, ensuring on-time and quality delivery of services. Proficient in project management tools like Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or other PM tools. Soft Skills Strong communication skills and the ability to align cross-functional teams. Empathetic leadership style with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage ambiguity in fast-paced environments. Effective time management and problem-solving abilities, especially under pressure. Physical & Work Requirements** 40-50 hours per week, with flexibility for high-priority projects. Remote with frequent travel to HQ and shop locations (75% travel required).
