Job Title: IT Help Desk

Location: Remote (Alameda, CA)

Duration: 12 months with possible extension


Duties:

  • Task widely vary from processing Jira Requests to meeting with ADC Managers to discuss Vendor Onboarding. Very wide variety of tasks. The individual will be working very closely with the other AppOps team members/employees
  • Most communication is done via Slack and Teams with some email.


Requirements:

  • List 3-5 hard requirements for the role:
  • 4 year degree or 4 years direct experience in IT
  • The manager is looking for four separate IT profiles under this requirement.



  1. Atlassian Specialist- must have Jira Service Management experience; hands-on Admin experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
  2. SharePoint Specialist- must have 2+ years as a SharePoint Admin.
  3. Vendor Management Specialist in a "quality" or "quality control" environment - attention to detail, excellent communication with leadership, handling onboarding and offboarding of vendors (non-procurement).
  4. API Specialist- strong technical background, experience writing tools for and using APIs, building and interfacing programs in software tools.


Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Atlassian Products - specifically JSM
  • Experience working with Managers - high level of communication skills
  • Experience working extremely closely with an IT team
  • Relevant certifications
  • Experience with medical device or regulated industries
  • Experience with Vendor/Tool AI validation.
  • Airtable experience
