Staffmark is hiring an experienced Welder to join a leading refrigeration manufacturing company in Katy, TX. Pay: Starting at $29.00/hour

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with MIG, TIG, and Flux welding
• Proficiency in Level 2 welding techniques
• Experience operating overhead cranes and forklifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality MIG, TIG, and Flux welding on various components
• Troubleshoot and maintain welding equipment
• Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet engineering specs and quality standards
• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve daily production targets
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
