Electromechanical Assembler

• Perform all stages of conformal coating, including masking, application, automated machine programming, inspection, touch-up, and process improvement.
• Assemble electro-mechanical components, integrate electronics into sheet-metal chassis, and perform wiring in confined spaces.
• Communicate effectively with production, quality, and engineering teams while maintaining strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and adherence to workmanship standards.
• Follow company processes, uphold core values, maintain a clean work area, and provide exceptional customer service.
