Warehouse Clerk

• Prepare, review, and process FTZ and in-bond shipment documentation accurately and within required timeframes.
• Maintain compliance by processing documents through appropriate systems, managing pre-alerts, and following up with carriers.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external customers, and transportation providers while delivering excellent customer service.
• Work across inbound and outbound tasks, cross-train in all department functions, and handle high, time-sensitive volumes.
• Keep detailed records, report issues to supervisors, and assist with outbound release coordination.
• Continuously improve knowledge of FTZ processes and internal systems, pursuing certification where applicable.
• Contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment.
