Masimo is seeking a visionary and results-driven Senior Vice President, Supply Chain to lead and optimize its global supply chain operations in support of its growing medical device business. This executive will be responsible for designing and executing a robust, scalable, and resilient supply chain strategy encompassing procurement, planning, logistics, distribution, and supplier relationship management.

The SVP, Supply Chain will play a critical role in ensuring reliable delivery of high-quality components and finished goods to support Masimo's innovation-driven growth. This leader must bring deep expertise in supply chain management within a regulated industry, strong analytical and systems capabilities, and a proven ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead end-to-end global supply chain strategy and operations, including demand planning, sourcing, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that ensure agility, scalability, and cost-effectiveness to support new product launches and global expansion.
  • Oversee supplier selection, performance management, and strategic partnerships, with a focus on quality, compliance, and risk mitigation.
  • Drive continuous improvement through advanced analytics, digital tools, automation, and lean practices.
  • Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to align supply chain capabilities with business objectives.
  • Lead supply risk management efforts and business continuity planning across the supply base.
  • Build and lead a high-performing, global supply chain team with a focus on operational excellence and talent development.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory and quality standards including FDA, ISO 13485, and global trade regulations.


Qualifications:



  • 15+ years of progressive experience in global supply chain leadership roles, preferably within the medical device, life sciences, or high-tech manufacturing industries.
  • Proven success managing complex, global supply networks and driving supply chain transformation.
  • Deep understanding of regulated environments and quality standards (FDA, ISO, cGMP, etc.).
  • Strong leadership in supplier management, logistics optimization, and strategic sourcing.
  • Expertise in supply chain systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis) and analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at the executive level.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).


Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is $291,000 - $364,000 plus benefits. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, and experience. This position also qualifies for up to 35% annual bonus based on Company, department, and individual performance.
