Description
GENERAL SUMMARY: Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program to ensure secure and efficient access to systems and data while adhering to industry best practices and compliance standards, as well as implementing and maintaining robust data protection strategies to prevent unauthorized access and data breaches, ensuring sensitive information is securely encrypted and stored. Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to enhance IAM services, access controls, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with security mandates and safeguarding the credit union's digital identity framework. Salary range: $82,623.08 to $108,442.79 annually. Job Grade EX 15. Salary dependent on candidate's experience and qualifications. Remote work is not available for candidates residing, or planning to reside in: CA, CO, CT, DE, DC, HI, ME, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, OR, PA, PR, RI, WA.
