RFK Community Alliance has an exciting full-time opportunity for a Lead Infant Teacher to join our Child Development Center and Education team in Lancaster, MA.


Who We Seek

The Lead Infant Teacher will work in our Child Development Center, providing an enriched and engaging environment for young children that encourages their imagination, challenges their thinking skills, and enhances their social and language development. The Educator will provide instruction and guidance to students to assist their academic, social, and emotional development. Providing daily care, education, and recreation for children, including the daily operations of the classroom.


Who You Are

You are an energetic, caring team player who loves nurturing children to help them learn and grow. Specific qualifications include:



  • High School Diploma or GED Required; however, an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred (additional preference with course work in regular or special education)
  • Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher certification through MA The Department of Early Education and Care required.
  • At least two (2) years of experience working in an early childhood education.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age


Shift

40 hours a week, hours of operation from 7:30am-5:30pm

$2,500 Sign-On Incentive

This position is eligible for the RFK Community Alliance Sign-On Incentive in the amount of $2,500 in your first year of employment. You will receive $500 after 3 months; $500 after 6 months; $1,500 after 12 months.

Pay Range: $42,000 - $46,000 per year
